The dune forest of De Haan (5min walking distance) is a beautiful green treasure on the Belgian coast. This vast area consists of three parts and covers 152 hectares. Here you will not only discover a landscape of open dunes with characteristic coastal flora and fauna, but also vast wooded dunes. The famous Heritage Walk starts at the historic tram station and takes you through the picturesque 'Concession', past characteristic cottages and villas.
